This charming cottage from Donald A. Gardner Architects features a simple siding façade with cedar shakes, stone, and metal roof accents. A prominent center dormer and a front porch with bold columns attracts attention.

The foyer enjoys an attached powder room and coat closet. Skylights, a cathedral ceiling, and a fireplace highlight the great room. An island, sun tunnel, and a built-in pantry enhance the kitchen while a window above the sink welcomes the view. The dining room is defined by columns and a window nook extends the space.  The garage is located at the rear of the home with a side entry and storage bays. The mudroom provides a built-in seat, and a utility room is only steps away with a closet, laundry sink, and cabinetry.

The master suite opens to a spacious rear porch with a fireplace. In the master bathroom, find separate vanities, a walk-in shower, and an adjoining walk-in closet. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity.

Can you please tell me is this 6″ vinyl or maybe hardie board? Also, can you please tell me what color grey you pulled from as well as the dark grey shingles. Can you tell me or suggest shingle manufacturer or color?

    Thank you.

Hi Denise! Since our renderings are artistic creations, they do not correspond to specific paint colors or brand specific products. You could use any products/brands that you prefer to meet your desired style and budget. If you like a color palette from one of our renderings, you can work with local suppliers to match the style or color.
