We love getting to see how our plans are personalized and modified to better fit the homeowners needs and lifestyle. Here, the floor plan has been reversed for the layout of the lot. With the slope of the lot, the home is built on a crawlspace foundation with space for a partial walkout cellar. They also added a bonus room above the garage with a kitchenette and a full bathroom.
