CS Custom Structures, Inc. was founded by C. Scott Elliott in March 2003. His mission was to bring good design back to the community. His father’s father was a builder and his mothers’ father was an artist and decorated World War II veteran. With a strong passion for design and construction, Scott merged both elements based on the influence of his two grandfathers.

Hi Donna! I’m sorry, we do not have that information. That would be determined by the neighborhood where the home is located.
I love the house. One change, though, I’d make is to extend the garage out far enough to have a plaza entry.
