Gorgeous Narrow Cottage
The low-maintenance exterior of this charming cottage house plan uses metal roofing and various gable pitches alongside columns and a front-entry garage for a friendly facade. The interior features a formal front staircase that elegantly flows into the foyer, accenting the welcoming entryway for guests. Columns punctuate the entrance into the dining room and add an elegant touch to the foyer. Through the foyer are the kitchen and great rooms. With vaulted ceilings, rear-porch access and a fireplace, the great room radiates sophistication. This house plan also features a first-floor master suite. Delivery & Returns
If your order has not arrived as scheduled, please contact our Customer Sales & Support department at 800.388.7580 or email us. PDF and AutoCAD plan packages ordered before noon Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday, will be emailed the same day. Orders placed after noon Eastern Standard Time will be emailed the next business day. If you have requested an alternate foundation or wall construction, full reverse option or other modifications to your plan, consult a Customer Sales & Support representative for more information about the status of your order.
