House Plan 1514 | Stunning Curb-Appeal

Conceptual house plan 1514 is a two-story design with a unique and inviting exterior.

Conceptual design 1514 is an updated version of The Gloucester house plan 1188. This design features an eye-catching metal roof adorned with a cupola above the garage and a stunning clerestory cupola at the center of the home that brings natural light to the second floor. A board-and-batten exterior is highlighted by shutters and wooden brackets accent the front porch columns. The front porch extends nearly the entire width of the home and bridges to the angled garage.

I was wondering when you will have this plan completed. I really love this plan and I would love to purchase a study plan.

I really like this plan. Wrap porches and separate garages are nice. I always love big windows over sinks. It would be nice to see appx added 3-4' to the width of the kitchen and laundry room--which would give a bigger pantry (walk-in). Walk-thru laundry rooms are a pain. The master across the house from the kitchen & laundry (noise) is great. There's room to add a private sunroom off the master. Perhaps where a spa could be located later, so a door in the far corner, near the back wall. It would add square footage to the house, but would be worth it. Always like the look of a loft above, but it's terrible if you have kids or teens in the house because the noise & conversations carry & echo from upstairs as well as down.

I would like a mud rm at the entry from the garage and not walking through the laundry rm. Walk in pantry also needed.

The laundry room really needs to be close to the Master Suite. It just is so much more practical and convenient.

I like the Front Elevation as well as the attached garage, but I would like to have a big walk in pantry with cabinet doors and a Mother in law bedroom on the main floor
