House Plan 1547 | Modest Ranch

Conceptual house plan 1547 is a modest one-story design with an optional bonus room and bathroom.

Conceptual Design 1547 is an updated version of The High Pointe house plan 713. Cedar shakes complement the siding exterior and shutters frame the windows. A front entry garage works well on a narrower lot and the front porch is spacious and welcoming.

The foyer entry offers a coat closet and the single dining area is defined by columns and a tray ceiling. A cathedral ceiling runs from the great room into the kitchen. The great room enjoys a fireplace, built-in shelves and double doors that open to a rear deck. An island provides additional work space in the kitchen and a pantry is nearby.

The master suite is positioned for privacy and features a tray ceiling and dual walk-in closets. A dual sink vanity and luxury walk-in shower highlight the master bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are on the opposite side of the floor plan and share a bathroom and a linen closet.

A storage closet can be found in the garage and the utility room is just inside, along with a seat with built-in storage. A staircase leads to the optional bonus room and full bathroom above.

Hi, like smaller type ranch plans you have many to offer. We are retired & reside in suburb of Chicago, like to relocate, have home to sell. Tennessee is tax friendly to retirees. Like to have ballpark cost figure to build by maybe ORTH construction. On his lot. In Knoxville area. Assuming he is reputable builder, maybe you have recommendations. Like to hear from u. Are the dimensions of the living room correct? 11x15 (+) seems too small I like the flow, but overall, the rooms could use another square foot or 2

This looks really good as I search for the perfect lake house plan! An option for a side entry garage or an option for a breezeway connected to a carport would be ideal for us! Love that this includes the larger pantry and laundry!
