Conceptual design 1568 is an updated version of The Blakely house plan 839. The exterior is a mix of board-and-batten and siding, and the gables are adorned with decorative brackets. Shutters frame the windows, and a generous front porch greets guests.

Just inside, the foyer offers to closets for coats and storage. A cathedral ceiling adds visual space to the great room, and a fireplace provides a focal point for seating. Skylights top the rear porch. The kitchen features an island for additional workspace and overlooks a spacious dining room with a tray ceiling. The pantry and utility room are nearby, and extra storage can be found in the garage.

The master suite showcases a cathedral ceiling and skylights, a walk-in closet, and a thoughtful master bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a dual-sink vanity. Two additional bedrooms complete this design with a shared bathroom and linen closet.
