Conceptual Design 1603 is an updated version of The Sloan house plan 1528 with the bedroom layout rearranged. The board-and-batten modern farmhouse façade is complemented by metal roof accents and decorative gable brackets.

Double doors open to an impressive foyer with an adjoining coat closet and powder room. The great room, island kitchen, and dining are all open and are defined by columns and decorative ceilings. Enjoy outdoor living with a spacious rear porch with skylights and a screened porch with a fireplace and a skylight enhanced cathedral ceiling.

The master bedroom is visually expanded by a vaulted ceiling. A large walk-in closet and a linen closet provide ample storage space while the master bathroom offers a dual sink vanity, walk-in shower, and a stylish freestanding bathtub. Two additional bedrooms sit across the floor plan with walk-in closets and a full bathroom.

Find multiple storage options in the two-car garage and access to a side porch. A pantry is just inside the garage entry for easy grocery drop-off and a mud room is available for storing coats, bags, and shoes. The utility room is spacious with built-in cabinetry and a sink. Upstairs, an optional bonus room and bathroom provide space for a guest suite or media room.
