Conceptual Design 1608 is an updated version of two popular house plans, The Oxley and The Everett. This modern farmhouse is ideal for a narrow lot with its two-story floor plan, slender footprint, and front-entry garage. The board-and-batten exterior is complemented by metal roof accents and decorative gable brackets.

The front porch leads to a foyer with an adjoining office/bedroom and a nearby coat closet and full bathroom. A vaulted ceiling tops the great room, and the fireplace is flanked by built-in bookshelves. The kitchen enjoys a center island, and the spacious dining room opens to a rear porch with skylights. Find storage in the garage and a conveniently located pantry and utility room.

The master suite is luxurious with a cathedral ceiling and access to the rear porch. Dual walk-in closets and a linen closet are available, and the master bathroom features a double sink vanity, a freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom. An optional bonus room and bathroom provide square footage for expansion.
