Conceptual Design 1614 is an updated version of The Trevor house plan 1533. This modern farmhouse is instantly inviting with a spacious front porch. The simple board-and-batten exterior is complemented by metal roof accents and gables draw the eye upward.

The foyer features a tray ceiling and leads to a great room with a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace flanked with built-in shelves. Living continues outdoors with a sizeable rear porch. The kitchen centers around an island and an adjoining pantry offers ample storage. Saving space, the single dining area works equally well for everyday family meals or hosting a dinner party.

The master bedroom is truly luxurious with an elegant step ceiling and a large window facing rear views. Thoughtfully designed, the master bathroom features a double vanity, a freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The expansive walk-in closet connects to the utility room for ultimate convenience. Across the floor plan, find two additional bedrooms with walk-in closets and a shared bathroom with a dual sink vanity. Nearby, an office/bedroom offers flexibility to meet the homeowners needs.

The two-car garage provides abundant storage, and a doorway accesses a small side porch. A mudroom with a coat closet and built-in seat keeps clutter contained and a powder room is connected. An optional bonus room is upstairs with a full bathroom for a guest suite, media room, or home gym.

Love the plan, wondering if there is an option for a 3 car garage? or basement stairs

We have not currently designed a basement stair floor plan but we will be able to design one if the plan is ordered on a basement foundation. Is it possible to rearrange some non load bearing walls & the stairway on the first floor & make 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor?? And what would be a ballpark estimate for basic cost to build in Harnett County, NC?? Also cost of plans. Thank you, Camellia.
