Conceptual Plan 1652 is an updated and larger version of The Sawyer house plan 1422. The rustic modern farmhouse exterior features board-and-batten, siding, and stone. Decorative trusses adorn the gables while a metal accent roof tops the front porch.

The foyer opens to an adjoining dining room with a tray ceiling. Continuing into the open floor plan, a vaulted ceiling tops the great room and a fireplace is flanked by built-in bookshelves. When the weather is nice, take living outdoors to the sprawling rear porch. The kitchen features an island with a nearby pantry while a breakfast nook is available for casual meals.

The master suite enjoys a vaulted ceiling and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanity, freestanding bathtub, and a connected walk-in closet. On the opposite side of the floor plan, a bedroom and a flexible office/bedroom share a full bathroom.
