Conceptual Plan 1655 is an updated version of The Graceview house plan 1539. This modest design works well on a narrow lot. The simple siding exterior is complemented by board-and-batten, shutters, metal roof accents, and a decorative gable truss.

Double doors open to a foyer with an adjoining closet and powder room. Continuing into the great room, a cathedral ceiling with clerestory window floods the space with natural light. The fireplace is flanked with built-in shelves, and a rear porch with skylights extends living outdoors. An island highlights the kitchen while a spacious dining room with a tray ceiling welcomes family meals.

The first-floor master suite enjoys a tray ceiling and a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The attached walk-in closet provides abundant storage space and a window seat.

The two-car garage leads into a mudroom with a built-in bench. A walk-in pantry and generous utility room complete the first floor. Upstairs, find two additional bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. An optional bonus room is perfect for a media room or home gym.
