Conceptual Plan 1662 is an updated version of The Graceview house plan 1539. This rustic two-story design features a prominent front gable with an arched decorative truss. Tapered columns frame the front porch and cedar shakes wrap the façade.

The foyer greets guests with a closet for coats and a powder room. Continuing into the great room, a vaulted ceiling and clerestory window enhance visual space while a fireplace provides a cozy space to gather. The kitchen enjoys a center island and an adjoining dining room equally suited for casual meals or dinner parties. A rear porch extends living outdoors when the weather allows.

Find storage in the two-car garage and an optional bonus room above with a closet and full bathroom. The mudroom entry offers a built-in bench and a coat closet. A walk-in closet provides abundant storage, and the utility room is equipped with built-in cabinets and a laundry sink.

The master suite presents dual closets and a thoughtfully designed bathroom with a walk-in shower and twin vanities. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom.
