Conceptual Plan 1665 is an updated version of The Lockwood house plan 1568. This modern farmhouse design features a simple siding façade with board and batten accents. A prominent front porch enhances curb appeal.

Double doors open to a foyer with a coat closet for storage. The great room is topped with a vaulted ceiling that continues outside to a screened porch with skylights. In the kitchen, find an island, a window above the sink, and an adjoining dining room for family meals.

The master suite enjoys a vaulted ceiling and a large walk-in closet. Thoughtfully designed, the master bathroom offers a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a skylight to bring in natural light. Multiple storage options are available in the two-car garage and the pass-through utility room is a space saver. A drop zone is available for dropping coats and bags while a walk-in pantry provides ample storage.
