This tiny cabin features rustic siding, a stone fireplace, and a metal accent roof. A front porch provides a covered entry for guests while the rear porch is spacious for outdoor living.

The main living area is completely open with a vaulted ceiling overhead. A fireplace and skylights enhance the great room. The kitchen enjoys a center island that extends into the dining area. Two skylights bring natural light into the kitchen and a pantry is just steps away.

The master bedroom is topped with a vaulted ceiling and skylights. Find two closets for storage and a linen closet in the master bathroom. The secondary bedroom provides a vaulted ceiling, skylights, linen storage, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Make it a full back porch like the front, all the way across. Awesome!

It’s an awesome concept! I’d like a laundry room/mech room. But the overall design is pretty fantastic.

Agree with comments above regarding laundry - seems an easy fix though... Shift the Mastr Bedroom door to run parallel to the master closet. Lose the linen closet in the Mastr Bath and open up a door there from the Mastr Bed. Then use that weird little closet - expand forward a bit and put a stackable in there - Or same configuration with the Mastr Doors as mentioned above, take the existing pantry, move it to that weird little closet and then put a stackable in where the pantry was. Really like this plan, just need a laundry area of some kind.

Love the floor plan and the exterior, however I feel that a laundry area with a sink( to bathe pets) is needed along with an expanded master suite with walk-in closet for retirees that want to downsize.

I love this floor plan for a retirement house or weekend getaway. It would be even better if the front porch ran the length of the house just like the back porch. Also, it must have a laundry room! Last, it would be nice to see an option with one bedroom and a big master bath.

This looks interesting. Small but adequate for someone like myself. My only concern is that I don't see a utility area. No way I could function without a laundry area.
