Here at Donald Gardner Architects, we have been busy designing new home plans in a variety of sizes and styles.

Our focus has been on efficient use of square footage, and making sure our homes are packed with today's amenities. We are taking living spaces outdoors with covered and screened porches, and expanding utility rooms to add counter and storage space. Browse our latest plans to find one that meets your needs!

Featured Design: Plan 1239 -
The Birchwood

This sprawling Craftsman ranch has much to offer the modern homeowner. A three car garage with extra storage adds space for a third automobile, workshop, or golf cart.
