What is the exterior wall construction?

We design all of our plans with 2x4's at 16" center. Most plans are also available with 2x6 exterior walls. Please note: when converting to 2x6 framing, plans will typically retain the same exterior dimensions as
2x4 framing. This means that you will lose 2 inches of interior space in the rooms with exterior walls. For questions or concerns regarding a specific plan, please call technical support at
