The Gladstone Plan #1308 (pictured top) has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths in 2,514 sq. ft. This single dining space plan features tray, coffered, and cathedral ceilings throughout, with open living areas and cozy private spaces. The garage and utility room each have personnel doors leading outside, and a mud room connects them, keeping clutter in its place.

The Asiago Ridge Plan #5046 (pictured bottom) includes 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in 3,608 sq. ft. The exterior of this hillside walkout plan is rich with detail, from the stone arches to the sloped shed dormer over the garage. A beamed cathedral ceiling tops the living area from the island kitchen to the cozy fireplace with built-in cabinetry. The bedroom/study displays a coffered ceiling and has its own private bath, while the master bedroom enjoys a cozy fireplace and porch access.

The Cedar Ridge

Plan #1285-The MarleyLiving comfortably has never been easier! This gorgeous Craftsman home exposes rich architectural detail throughout the open floor plan. Perfect for those who enjoy outdoor living, this design features copious areas for taking advantage of Mother Nature. A sunroom, rear deck and screened porch are all on the main level, while the lower level boasts a screened porch with summer kitchen, as well as a second covered porch.

Entertaining spaces continue with the spacious great room/dining room and lower-level entertainment room with a wet bar and outdoor summer kitchen. Multiple mudrooms, a large pantry and utility room provide abundant storage space, while a covered walkway ensures dry trips to and from the three-car garage.

Popular Questions

Do you have study plans?

We offer a study plan set, which is one set of plans stamped “Not For Construction” on each sheet. Purchasing a study set and a Materials List for your builder to study is a great way to estimate the cost of building your home. You are not granted a limited license to build using this study set. You have to purchase a five-set plan package or higher in order to receive a limited license to legally build the house.
