Common Questions During the Affiliate Program

Below is a list of frequently asked questions and answers to assist in your affiliate program. Click on your question to view the answer. You can also learn more by visiting our Terms & Definitions page or by contacting us.

  • How is traffic from my site to yours tracked?

    Our website tracks the traffic based on where the traffic comes from. When installing the links provided from our “Create Links" section, our website knows all traffic coming from your domain name (i.e. www.yourdomainname.com) and assigns it to your affiliate id and follows this all the way to the completed sale.
  • How do I get “links" to place on my website?

    There are multiple ways to place links on your website. Log-in to your Affiliate account and select “Create Links". You can place links using any of the following procedures:

    1. If you would like to include the entire Don Gardner site, select one of the four banners under “Site Buttons" and place it directly on your site.
    2. If you only want to display a text link for the entire Don Gardner site, select one of the two options under “Text Links" and place it directly on your site.
    3. If you want to display specific plans instead of the entire Don Gardner site, using the “Graphical Link" option, select your plan(s) from the dropdown box, press “Get Link" and then copy and paste link to your site. There is no limit to how many plans you can copy and paste.
    4. If you would like to create a new custom Gardner page(s) on your site dedicated to specific Don Gardner plans, you can go to the “Link to Page Plans" and begin selecting which plans you want to place on a custom page. You can place up to nine plans per page by selecting the plan from the drop-down box and then pressing the “+" button. Once you have finished selecting your plans, select the “Get Link" button and copy and paste to your site. You can repeat this as many times as you would like for multiple pages on your site.
  • How do I update personal information for my Affiliate account?

    Log-in to your Affiliate account and click on the “Account info" tab. Here you can update all of your personal information. Make sure to click the “Update" button at the bottom of the page once you have completed your changes.
  • How do I know what “Clicks" have occurred on my site?

    Log-in to your Affiliate account and select the “Clicks Report" tab. Enter the timeframe you are wanting to see clicks and select if you want them reported by day or month.
  • How do I know what orders were placed from my site?

    Log-in to your Affiliate account and select the “Orders report". Enter the timeframe for your Orders. You can also select to run this report by specific months.
  • I have a customer who ordered one of your plans from my site and it is not appearing under the “Orders Report" for my Affiliate account. What can I do to correct this?

    Log-in to your Affiliate account and select “Missing order submission". You will need to submit the customer's name, plan name or number and order date. This information will be reviewed by a member of the Donald Gardner team and you will be notified of the outcome of our findings.
