The Flynn family is building The Mitchell house plan 1413-D. They are constructing their dream home with some modifications to fit their needs. With an expanded bonus room, they are estimating 9469 sq ft under roof! They plan to finish the basement and main floor now, and leave the bonus room for future expansion when it’s needed.
