What are the paint colors used in the Chattanooga Dream Home?
Hi Marla! I’m sorry, we are not involved in the building process so we don’t have the product information. The paint colors were selected by the builder.
Where is the house can not go to open house if I can not find it. Since I bought 4 tickets I would love to see it! I can’t find address anywhere.

Hi Glenn! I’m sorry, I’ve looked through St. Jude’s FAQ about the Dream Home Giveaway and I cannot find anything that mentions the total number of tickets sold.
We have been looking at Don Gardner house plans and had run across this plan The Oliver before we knew it was the dream home for Chattanooga! We will be Building in the Cleveland area.
What we have found strange is that the picture shown in the videos do not equal the floor plan pictures so it’s hard for us to get an idea if this house would work for us. The pictures seem to tell us they would but it’s hard to tell without seeing the layout of the correct floor plan.
Question: do you know where we might be able to find the particular floor plan for the Chattanooga 2020 Saint Jude dream home?

Noticed there are _no arch-topped windows since framing 🙁 Is this a design change?
Also a small vertical opening/vent has been added to the front gable (where the exposed wood trusses are spec’td per rendering.
Hoping this isn’t a final design change. The plans will have lost some of their charm, if so.
Hi, Glenn! Some bad weather has delayed us from getting updated photos from the builder but we should have some in soon. I’m sure they are doing a beautiful job with this St. Jude Home. This builder always does amazing work!!
What is included in the “Spa” space?
Hi Angela! We do not provide specifications for the spa area. This is just an extension of the outdoor living space and can be designed to meet the homeowners needs, budget and available space.
Good Morning! When will you have updated pictures for the 2020 Chattanooga St. Jude Dream Home?
I ask because I understand with the current social distancing they will not be doing the actual tours. If I remember correctly the tours were to start 5/16/2020, so can we expect finished pictures soon? Or maybe even a virtual tour?

The announcement about the home says it has 3 1/2 baths. I see only 2 in the floor plan. Does it have 3 1/2?
Hi Johnie! They have made modifications to the original plan. Our design is 2025 sq ft with two bathrooms but the finished St. Jude house will be approximately 3500 sq ft with 3.5 baths.
