This small modern farmhouse from Donald A. Gardner Architects features a simple board-and-batten façade with metal roof accents. Dormers add interest to the roofline and front and rear porches welcome endless hours of outdoor enjoyment.
The foyer opens to a staircase with built-in shelves below. Columns define the open dining room while a vaulted ceiling and fireplace highlight the great room. Centered around an island, the kitchen offers a sun tunnel, a window above the sink, and a nearby walk-in pantry. The two-car side entry garage accesses a side porch and leads into a drop zone with a coat closet and bench. A powder room is available, and the utility room provides a laundry sink and built-in cabinetry.
The first-floor master suite is remarkable with a cathedral ceiling, skylights, and an oversized walk-in closet. In the master bathroom, find a double vanity, freestanding bathtub, and walk-in shower. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom and railings overlook the great room and foyer below.
